Can my Maestro build me an app?
Yes. Ask for a tool that helps you practice, like flashcards, a planner or a calculator for this lesson, and your Maestro builds it for you. It keeps what you save in it, and it's yours alone.
Ask for one
You: Can you make me flashcards for loops?
Your Maestro: Loops in Python
Sure. I'm building flashcards for for, while and break, with a box that moves up once you know one. It takes a minute or two.
Your app appears under your Maestro's reply, being written. Keep reading in the meantime; when it's ready, Open app puts it on one side and the lesson stays on the other. More options, then Lesson beside it, turns that off and on; on a phone the app takes the page. Close the app (×) leaves you where you were in the lesson.
Change it by asking
With the app open, "this" and "my app" mean it: choose the filled button at the right of the bar below, or press Ctrl+I, even from inside the app, and say it in your own words; the new version opens when it's ready. Your current version and everything you saved stay as they are while it works. Stop, above the app, stops a change.
Every version is kept. Once there are two, choose the version at the top right of the app, beside More (on a phone, inside More) to look at an older one, then Use this version to bring it back as the newest. Looking never changes what you saved, and Undo takes it back.
What it keeps
What you save in the app is kept in your account, from any device. If your Maestro and another tab save the same thing at once, Maestro asks which one stays. More options above the app renames it, takes it back to the start without losing what you saved, archives it (put away, kept) or deletes it, and Your apps on your home lists every one.
Who sees it
Only you and your Maestro. The teacher never sees your apps or what you save in them, not even as a count. An app runs in a sealed frame: it can't reach the internet, your account or the page around it, and it saves only through Maestro. What you ask your Maestro in the chat, a change to your app included, is a question like your others: your teacher can read it, under a pseudonym. Who reads what I write? covers the rest of your work.
