Where does my code run?

In your own practice workspace on Maestro's servers, which starts fresh for every run and keeps nothing.

Your workspace

Each course gives you a workspace of your own, with Python and the course's libraries ready, and no Internet. Every run starts from a clean slate, so a mistake in one run never carries into the next. Nothing installs, so the course's code always runs the same way for everyone.

Your code itself stays in this browser, on this device, page by page. Your Maestro reads it when you ask about it.

When the workspace takes a break

If a run says your practice workspace is taking a break in this course, write to hola@heymaestro.app and we get it going again. Your code stays where it is, and your Maestro can still help.
