How do I find my way around a course?

A page opens on its own. The course index and your Maestro sit at either side, and open when you want them.

The page and its two panels

The bar at the top of a course and the one along its bottom.

The button at the top left opens the course index: every module and its pages, with the page you're on marked. The button at the top right opens your Maestro. On a wide screen they open beside the page, and you can drag their edge to make them wider; on a phone they slide over it.

Previous and next sit at the foot of every page and in the bar along the bottom, which also says which page you're on.

Ask without leaving the page

On a keyboard: Command and I on a Mac, Control and I elsewhere, opens your Maestro.

Select a sentence, a line of code or a cell of a table, and choose Ask about this: your Maestro gets the passage with your question.
